Nope. I think the tv forum is fine the way it is. I actually think that the movie forum should be like the tv forum is. I hate how the only threads in the movie forum are just the movies that were submitted in. You should be able to discuss just more than that. There is/was a thread in the tv forum about your least favorite movie and it's in there because you can't post any threads like that in the movie forum. That's a shame too because there is so much more to movies than just voting and critiquing. You can't really compare two styles of movies (like you do with music or shows). It kind of stinks.

No. I like posting about commercials as much as I do about shows.

No, I hate the movie forum. I want to bring up certain issues in a movie, like how this person did that, or this element in the film did whatever. And yoiu can't because it's all contained under that one movie

At first I thought it shouldn't be, but then I thought about it and it actually might be a pretty great idea ... right now, threads archive after 10 days. In the movie forum, threads never archive. If we had TV shows submitted like movies, where you can both vote on whether you like/watch the show and comment on it, that would be awesome! The threads would never archive, so you wouldn't have 10 different threads about the same show all the time that say the exact same thing. I think if that happened, the books forum should be made the 'entertainment' forum where you can talk about books still, but also make general threads about movies and TV shows. So people could still have the 'rate this show above you' threads and 'top 10 favorite movies/shows' threads, but there is a place specifically for threads dedicated to one show where they will always be. That would be awesome - but probably take a lot of space on the site though?

If anything I think the movie forum should be more like the tv one, as someone else said.

I'd actually like the book forum to be more like that, not TV.
