Wow, this movie doesn't come out in like 7 months.

Needless to say I'm stoked for it.

Tarantino was on Jimmy Kimmel last night and he was explaining how he wasn't even setting out to make a "good" movie, just an entertaining one. So he was saying how the critics seem to like him even when he isn't trying to make an oscar worthy movie.

I'm so excited for these movies I may have to go today even though it's good friday........... of course after 3pm.

I really want to see this! It looks like good old raunchy fun Plus, there are zombies...and that's always a plus.

And Rose McGowan's "leg rifle" is f*cking awesome!

Okay, I was wondering.. when you go to see it in the theatre, is there a short intermission inbetween both films?

there's trailers
15 yrs ago, 5 mos ago - Friday 4/6/07 - 10:11:04 PM EST (GMT-5)
Everything was great. The movies were fun and entertaining. I think Tarantino's was a little better but both are definitely worth seeing. And the trailers were funny and creative. The first movie was really gross and outrageous but at the same time exciting. And the second movie was just same old Tarantino which is always great. I love how he can have an hour and a half movie that only has 45 minutes of actual plot. The rest of the time the characters tell these stories that are completely irrelevant to anything thats going on and you find yourself being entertained by them and not finding them annoying in anyway.

Holy. Sh*t.
This needs to be seen in theaters to get the entire effect.
Hilarious, great action, suspenseful, everything was perfect.

Anyone else really wanna see Machete?

I loved this movie. There was such great cameos. I loved Kurt Russell in "Death Proof". The effects in "Planet Terror" were amazing. Michael Biehn was my favorite 80's action hero. I was so pumped seeing him in a movie again.

F*ck Machete (actually, I take that back; Machete looks too cool for words), I wanna see Werewolf Women of the SS.

Hahaha, all of the trailers looked so good.
I wanna see how Nicholas Cage fits into that, and the entire theater erupted into laughter when they said it was directed by Rob Zombie.

I WANT TO SEE WEREWOLF WOMEN OF THE SS TOO!
And Thanksgiving.

I thought Grindhouse was fantastic. It was funny, and Death Proof had such a fantastic ending.

I agree, if you plan on waiting for this movie to come out on dvd it won't be nearly as fun. And just to add on, this movie is so much better when the theater is full and you hear all the reactions.

Wow I need to see this again!!!!!!

Great movie! It brought back a lot of drive-in memories!

The entire audience was completely into it, the reactions were intense! I can't remember the last time I've had such a good time at the movies, or hear everyone clap, whistle and cheer for so long when it was over!

Hahaha, awesome!

"But the big scoop of the day came when Robert revealed that he’s planning a solo movie for actor Danny Trejo’s Machete character. If you’ve seen any of the kickass trailers for Grindhouse, then you’ve seen Trejo as Machete, a bad ass dude with, well, two machetes. Robert’s answer was, surprisingly, absolutely. He is doing a Machete spin-off movie, and it’s likely going to be direct to DVD. Rodriguez seemed pretty adamant about this, as if the film is already a done deal."

I WANT THANKSGIVING AND WEREWOLF WOMEN OF THE SS TOO!!

First feature was total crap. The Second was good in the beginning, dragged on through the middle, and was Very good in the end. The Thanksgiving trampoline death scene was the highlight of the whole film.

The trampoline death scene made me cross my legs, cringe, and gasp all at the same time.

It made ME cross my legs and cringe, and I'm a guy.
The best part of that preview was when the killer started f*cking the cooked girl, though.

Second feature was boring.
First feature ROCKED.
