I am not a fan of awards shows, tbh, and I seldom every watch them.
I've only watched the Oscars once since 2005 and that's to see Leonardo DiCaprio win for The Revenant. I quit watching years ago because they didn't give him the Oscar for The Aviator for the 2004 movie season.

And no, Rag - it's not like the Grammys where there's like a hundred categories and a lot of them (spoken word album and all that) are given out in the days before the big ceremony. The only Academy Awards (besides scitech stuff that's more "general contribution to the art of moviemaking" than awards to individual films) are the ones given at the big ceremony that's on TV.
