this has got to be my all time favorite foreign film...this one is soooooo good...it's about affairs, and jealousy, and love, and blood, and dishonor, and trust...everything...i love this movie!! go see it!

This is a great film. Just one of a number of great films with Gong Li. The sense of claustrophobia of the wives of the master is so strong that you can feel it. This is the most unusual family drama I have ever seen. Great film! |
