1. Drink 1 glass of water. Come back in 10 minutes. How do you feel? |

2. Sit down, legs wide. Push on bladder. Do this for 2 minutes. Did you pee? |

3. Press bladder against counter for 20 seconds. Did you pee? |
|
|
4. Drink another glass of water. Come back in 5 minutes. Do you need to pee? |

|
5. Stand up, legs wide apart. Completely relaxed. (The towels will be needed now) Did you pee? |
|
|
6. Take off your underwear. Wrap yourself in the towel. Sit down. Flush the toilet 2-5 times over the course of 5 minutes. Did you pee? |

|
7. Take off your towel. (Don’t be embarrassed or chicken out). Lay down. Put your fist on your bladder. Stomach down. Do this for 3 minutes. Completely relax. Did you pee? |

8. Drink another glass of water. (Once this quiz is done, go eat something salty. For your health). Wait 5 minutes. Did you pee? |

|
9. Do jumping jacks for 3 1/2 minutes. Are you wet? (You’re still naked) |

|
10. Stand up with your legs wide. Push your bladder and completely relax for 45 seconds. (Remember, you are still naked with a towel underneath you). Did you pee? |

11. Go pee. But, in one of the following places. (You’re still naked) |

12. If you haven’t peed yet, wait until you do and pee yourself, pants and all |
|
|
